Directory standings are opinion

A standing is an editorial opinion formed by a named editor against the evidence disclosed on this page. It is not a statement of fact about the company and it is not derived from review scores.

The criteria are published at how standings are decided, and every company has a right of reply that we publish alongside its standing.

Reviews are the words of their authors

Reviews are user-generated. We moderate against the review guidelines and we remove content that breaches them. We do not rewrite reviews to change their meaning, and we do not remove a review because the company it concerns asked us to. Factual errors are corrected with a visible edit note.

Press releases are not editorial

Content in the press section is supplied by the submitting organisation, carries a permanent label saying so, and is not written or verified by the newsroom. Buying a press release does not affect a directory standing, an award result, or editorial coverage, and we reserve the right to refuse any submission.

Awards

Entry fees are published before entries open and are non-refundable once judging begins. Judges are named. Scoring rubrics are published. Entry counts per category are released with the shortlist. An entry fee buys judging; it does not buy a result.

Your account

One account per person. Do not review a company you compete with, do not review your own company, and do not post someone else’s experience as your own. We check submitted reviews against claimed-profile domains.

Use the notice-and-review process at corrections. Tell us the specific statement you dispute and what the correct position is. We respond within ten business days.
