Say so, specifically. Name the documented item you dispute and set out the correct position. We respond within 10 business days, correct factual errors publicly, and move the profile to Disputed while a formal response is under review.

Verification documents
If your address does not match the website on file, a moderator will ask for something that establishes the connection. Anything you send is stored privately, is never published, and is readable only by a moderator.
