Caution
Documented concerns: unclear contracts, upselling, slow payment, or unresolved complaints.
Sells book fair representation packages between $2,400 and $4,800. The published description implies a staffed stand and rights meetings; the fair exhibitor lists we checked for 2024 and 2025 do not show the company as an exhibitor in either year. Contacted; the response received addresses pricing but not the exhibitor question.

What Pinnacle Author Services says
Our packages are priced transparently and every author receives a written schedule of what is included. We work with partner agencies at international fairs rather than exhibiting under our own name, and we accept that our page should have said so. We are updating it.
